You have to laugh to keep from crying.
If you are confused, that is an ice pack on his head wrapped up in a kitchen towel. He was sick of the gauze holder thingy so he started to just stick pieces of toilet paper up there. As sad as it is, you have to admit that it's a little funny.

Poor guy!!! He looks miserable. I hope he starts feeling better soon. It's hard when someone is hurt or sick you feel helpless....but I do love the picture with the toilet paper hanging out of his nose...I did laugh instead of cry!!!
